Before we further elaborate on my obsession for Turtlenecks, exploration of the history of this versatile garment is pivotal. According to Wikipedia, turtleneck-like garments date back to at least the 15th century and have continuously evolved within the world of fashion. Since the 20th century, the Turtleneck has been associated with radical academics, philosophers, young wealthy men, artists and intellectuals.
